David provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. I entrusted him with two rugs that hold tremendous sentimental value to me. A beautiful Persian rug and a French rug which he handled with the utmost care and professionalism. The entire... process couldn't have been smoother. He picked the rugs up from my home, cleaned them beautifully, and delivered them back looking incredible. His pricing was extremely fair, especially considering the quality of the work and the level of service he provides. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I found a vintage hand woven oriental rug that was beautiful, but there was a chance it was just a goner because of the state it was in. it needed a cleaning real bad. I called David and he was so easy t... o deal with and friendly and fair. He was realistic about the state of this antique rug but when I got it back, I was blown away!
